Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the Howzat APK, accessing our website, or using the Howzat app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Howzat app. You must be in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. You are responsible for complying with local laws. We may verify your age and identity and may suspend or close accounts that do not meet eligibility.

Account and Registration

To use the Howzat app, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your account, password, or OTP with anyone. We never ask for your OTP or password by phone – we do not offer phone support. All support is via email and in-app only.

Use of the Service

You may use the Howzat app only for personal, non-commercial play. You must not: use bots, cheats, or unfair means; share accounts; use the service for money laundering or fraud; harass other users; or violate any law. We may monitor use and take action, including account closure, if we detect abuse.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to our payment policy and applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes on winnings. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes we communicate; we may require identity verification. We do not offer phone support for payment queries – use email or in-app support.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Games on the Howzat app are governed by their in-app rules. We use certified RNG where applicable. You must not collude, cheat, or exploit bugs. We may void bets or close accounts if we detect unfair play.

Intellectual Property

Howzat, the Howzat app, and related logos and content are our property. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission. The Howzat APK is for personal use only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Howzat app and website are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for losses due to technical issues, third-party actions, or your misuse of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Howzat app or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the relevant period.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or for other reasons we consider necessary. You may close your account by contacting us via email. Upon closure, you may withdraw any eligible balance subject to our withdrawal policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India (or the jurisdiction we specify). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
